German television visits

The German TV personality Michael Friemel did a half-hour program about Stockholm and visited our restaurant. "Germany got to see how to take the boat out to our restaurant at home and then we cooked together.

On the menu this day was meadow food. We worked with seasonal ingredients and Michael got an insight into what it was like to work in a home kitchen, with the logistics of shopping and waste sorting. Which becomes even more difficult when you live on an island without motor vehicles.

We appreciate all our guests, but it's especially nice when they come from abroad. This was a really nice visit! Many thanks to a great team that was behind the camera.
