My name is David Enmark and I run davidathome® since 2010 together with my wife Katarina.
I love all people who have professional pride. I am proud of my work with service and food in many different contexts.
In 2020, I was selected to participate among Sweden's chef elite in TV4's "Kockarnas Kamp". And I must readily admit - I am happy to have come third among these Guide Michelin Star Chefs.
This is what I have done before in my life
Mipim real estate fair in Cannes: I have been in charge of food and drink for the Stockholm stand for almost 20 years.
Pavarotti, Björn & Benny, Vadstena - Birgitta 700 years (the Pope was invited, but could not come), Wallstar, SOK, BMW, SAAB and so on. The list is long from private and larger events.
Why so much of catering and events? Ran and owned CousCous Catering with my partner Nils Berg from mid-1990 to 2004, a wonderful time. If you remember and experienced the IT bubble, you know what it was like.

Event manager at Stockholms Borgerskap, responsible for the Queen's inauguration of Rozeliahemmet, the inauguration of Af Chapman, Bento Food, a number of photo jobs including JM, Borgarnytt and Kokbok med Ellos isterband.
Quality Hotel Friends, where I was involved in starting up all the restaurants in the hotel.
2010 - Got permission to run Restaurant in the kitchen - First guest, Jens Helmersson
2011 - and onwards 2017 ?
2018 and 2019 Monaco, the fair Lyxpack for Iggesund VIP customers.
2020 - Covid
2020 - Participated in Kockarnas Kamp "proud 3rd"
2021 - Monaco, the fair Lyxpack for Iggesund VIP customers. With mouth protection all the time
2022 - September 15, released a book about davidathome "we meet in the kitchen"
2022 - Monaco, the fair Lyxpack for Iggesund VIP customers.
2023 - Has completed thebackyard and continues to work on ClosingDinner
2024 - Will do everything to make this year even more fun, with more stories.
