How does a restaurant fit into a TEDxSSE Talk? Well, because we had the management team from Lidl there to present the new marketing campaign Dill, the secret pop-up restaurant that the supermarket chain ran in 2013.

How can you run a restaurant in your own home, was the question. No more difficult than running a regular restaurant, the same requirements and obligations apply. The difference is that our family lives in the restaurant.
