Sweden's most widely read weekly magazine Icakuriren visits

When ICA Kuriren came to visit, they caught our daughter Emma commenting on how it is to have a restaurant at home and one of our regulars who habitually helps us open the wine bottles.

We had grilled American beef which was served with low temperature egg yolk, parmesan cheese and fried capers. After that we had a rimmed cod loin served with shrimp, dill, brown butter and grated horseradish. Dessert was, as ICA Kuriren describes it, "a nice little brulé pudding". Fortunately, the menu seems to have gone home even this evening. :)

ICA Kuriren ends its article about us by saying that when they go home, it's like they've spent the evening with some good friends. That is exactly the feeling we strive for, otherwise some of the point of having the restaurant at home would be lost. That we manage to keep the feeling of home is very important to us and we are so happy when an evening with us is experienced as homely and cozy. As the icing on the cake, there is every opportunity, as one of our guests says in the text, to find new friends because everyone sits close to each other, just as you can do at home with friends at a slightly larger party.
